Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest at Just Music School.


If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the services. We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any categories that you have enrolled with us.


Interpretation and Definitions




The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.




For the purposes of this Cancellation & Refund Policy:


  • The Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Just Music School, Just Music School 8th Cross, R.D. Layout, Pukhraj Layout, Adugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560030.
  • Sessions/class/categories refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Enroll means a request by you to sign up sessions/class/categories from us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • The website refers to Just Music School, accessible from
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or any other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Enrollment Cancellation Rights


You are entitled to cancel your sessions before starting any classes with or without giving any reason for doing so.  After enrollment, you can take approval from the academic head after receiving the complaint or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the service delivered.


In order to exercise your right to cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.





If a customer wishes to cancel a confirmed enrollment made via the Site or Service, either prior to or after commencement of the Course, the cancellation policy contained in the applicable Listing will apply to such cancellation provided that no refund will be made in respect of sessions already provided. JSM will initiate any refunds due pursuant to the Payments Terms.



If JMS cancels a confirmed enrollment made via the Site and Services. (i) JMS will refund the Course Fees paid by the customer for such enrollment to the applicable customer pursuant to the Payments Terms which shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.






If you are entitled to cancel the class, you have to inform the teacher 1 day prior to the date of cancellation.  If you fail to inform us on time, the make up class will not be applicable. 



If the student misses their regular class, below are the make-up classes which will be applicable to the students according to the number of sessions enrolled. 



– In 4 sessions – Students get 1 make up class

– In 8 sessions – Students get 2 make up classes

– In 10 Sessions – Students get 2 Make up classes

– In 15 Sessions – Students get 3 Make up classes

– In 20 Sessions – Students get 4 make up classes



If the you are late for the class for more than 15 mins, class will be considered invalid and no make-up class will be given.


Conditions for Returns


In order for sessions/class/categories to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The sessions/class/categories & Services were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The sessions/class/categories are in the original packaging

The following sessions/classes/categories cannot be returned:

  • The supply of sessions/class/categories & Services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of sessions/class/categories & Services which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of sessions/class/categories & Services which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of sessions/class/categories & Services which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.


Only regular priced sessions/classes/categories may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.


We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the sessions/class/categories or proof of received return delivery.
